I was very impressed with Calvyn Walker

I am grateful that the vendor chose Calvyn Walker to sell their property. As a first home buyer I have had no experience with estate agents regarding buying or selling but have heard the stories. Calvyn and Moira were both wonderful throughout the short event, knowing more about the property than I expected they would. Only once did Calvyn miss my call, but returned that call straight away. He was constantly available. Calvyn and Moira are both so professional, courteous, honest and very pleasant. It was always a pleasure to meet with them. I had met a few estate agents at viewings and unlike some of them, Calvyn and Moira effortlessly made me feel comfortable. It was no problem for Calvyn to arrange to have the garden of my new property watered over the hot summer before I took possession. Calvyn went out of his way to make the stressful task of buying a house easier and calmer than it would have been. If I am ever going to sell my house, I will take it to Calvyn.
