Honest, down to earth open to answering any questions as soon as possible

Steve will respond as soon as he possibly can to anything. He'll take calls, text or email, whatever is preferred. He was upfront and honest about the sellers expectations. Steve was willing to adjust times at the last minute to work around our schedules which made everything smooth and easy for us. He was open about everything that he could be and was a great in-between for the seller and myself and my partner. Steve has the best ability to switch from professional to friendly to really feel like you're more than a sale, he is community forward and wants what is best for the seller and the buyer. He gave great recommendations for all contractors etc that were needed, all of which were affordable and honest with their work.
