April was very calm and willing to progress the sale at my pace, which I very much appreciated.

Response times were excellent. The Whatsapp group made communication very easy and smooth. Overall the professionalism and market knowledge was fantastic, and the process was absolutely stress free. The team at Walters does marvelous work and I'm very happy with my result.

Could not be faulted

April was outstanding. Genuine, trustworthy, warm and welcoming. Buying from interstate, where the process if totally different, made things confusing and stressful. April always answered the phone when we had questions and explained things really clearly. She reminded us of when things were due which was so appreciated, and her and the team went above and beyond at settlement time. Could not recommend her enough, I would buy or sell with her any day. Thanks April, you're amazing.

I genuinely cannot recommend April O’Neal highly enough. From my first phone call to settlement day and beyond, she has been so brilliant to work with — answering a million questions with boundless patience and knowledge, communicating clearly and reliably, and always listening to what I wanted and needed from my sale. I felt very supported and informed throughout the whole process, the marketing was really well done and we sold my property for the exact price I wanted. Highly recommend, and if I am in the position of selling a property again April will be my first phone call.
