Respectful, Realistic and Reliable trio!

Selling my place in Queanbeyan with Jen, Greg and Maddie was a really positive experience. From the very beginning they were respectful, easy to deal with and very communicative. I never felt any pressure from them with just honest advice about the market, realistic expectations, and clear guidance on different selling strategies depending on how interest developed. They also did a fantastic job preparing and styling the property. The way they presented the place in the marketing and for open inspections really highlighted the practicality and strengths of the home, and it looked better than I had imagined. What I appreciated most was how reliable and responsive they were throughout the whole process. They have project manage the whole lot on my behalf! Selling a home can be stressful, but the three of them made it feel much more manageable and straightforward. I’m really grateful for the effort they put into selling my home and would happily recommend Ward to anyone thinking about selling.
