James’s local knowledge of the area, the vendor and the surrounding neighbours was certainly very helpful during the buying process. James was able to extend the settlement period which allowed us to get all our affairs in order while doing all the negotiating with the vendor. In the end, I believe this sale was a good result for all involved.
