Thank you Martin for your quick response to Stuart's initial call regarding the sale of Akeringa. You did not confuse us with all the legal details which needed to happen, but outlined the process and shouldered any concerns we may have had regarding promotion and advertising. However, we do realize that the property and its excellent location was a great start to the whole process.
