I work on a remote minesite and had to do all this by remote control, but Martin was able to handle this. Obviously Martin has in depth local knowledge, i initially went to look at another property but Martin was honest enough to explain it's possible shortcomings given my circumstances, asked me what exactly i was looking for and suggested an alternative which i hadn't spotted on the web, made an offer and was accepted within 24 hours. Could not have done this without him. Better pick up the keys one of these days, (like i said , work on a remote minesite)
