His knowledge was impressive and, from the beginning, we felt extremely comfortable that he would do his best to deliver a good outcome for us. The sale was achieved in 11 days with several offers and throughout this process we were kept well informed. The end result was better than anticipated and we are very happy customers. The sale of our former home some 8 years ago, different area different agent, was vastly different to our experience with Paul. Overall it was very negative and left us disappointed in the entire process.
