Could not rate my experience any higher, exceptional communication and incredible local knowledge.

Warren and his team are absolutely awesome, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Quick to answer any questions no matter the time of day, or day of the week. Warren is also a wealth of local knowledge when it comes to Bellingen, having first hand experience of so much of the shire, he could answer any questions we had regarding aspect, sunlight, airflow and community. Throughout the entire process Warren was knowledgeable, approachable and incredibly easy to work with, and we are thrilled to be in our new home!

A 5 star rating is not high enough! You honestly won't find a better real estate agent, ANYWHERE!!!.

Warren and his team earned their commission for this sale. Other agents would have walked away or told us to drop $ just to sell it to get rid of it, but not Warren! His professionalism, commitment and knowledge helped make selling our mother's home a stress free event. These qualities are what keep him ahead of the rest. His knowledge of the local market and other sales, made his estimation for sale price right on the money. He got us top dollar despite our property not being perfect. We were residing interstate whilst trying to sell so it should have been a really difficult experience but it wasn't. From the beginning, Warren and Julie went out of their way to add all the small touches to help lift the appearance of the property, ready for photos. They sourced and organised tradesmen to do the repairs needed and they even help us pay for some before the sale occurred. Now tell me what other agent would care about their clients like that? We never really felt like clients, in fact Warren made us feel like we were part of his family. We felt so at ease with him and his selling approach. In our time we have brought and sold 6 properties in NSW and QLD and we have NEVER met an agent like Warren. His communication was outstanding, there was always a phone call and sales report after every open house and all offers were communicated in writing, immediately. I can honestly say that Warren and his team never gave up, and he would always find time for a friendly and honest chat to update us on sales in the local area. When we were thinking that no-one would ever want to buy the property, we ended up with 3 offers and a bidding war. A little part of us is sad that we've sold as we'll miss all the chats with Warren.
