Honest with an extensive knowledge of the local region

Working with Warren Weick to purchase our home at 12 George Street, Mylestom was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Warren’s deep roots in the region immediately set him apart. As a sixth-generation local, his knowledge of the Mid North Coast is not something you can learn from a map or a property database — it comes from a lifetime of living here and understanding the land, the rivers, and the history of the area. Our first interaction demonstrated exactly why this matters. When we initially contacted Warren about another property, he openly advised us that the house had experienced serious flooding in the past. In fact, he told us that during the 1956 floods other properties we were considering were also underwater. That level of honest, historical knowledge is invaluable. It meant we avoided a properties that would have been extremely expensive to insure, and potentially a very costly mistake. That moment alone showed us that Warren values truth and long-term relationships over a quick sale. Once he understood what we were looking for, Warren was incredibly attentive and easy to deal with. What impressed us just as much was how smoothly Warren handled the entire process. We were able to settle in just 13 days, which is extraordinary. Throughout that time he was proactive, responsive, and extremely well organised. His connections in the community also meant he was able to recommend excellent local tradespeople — builders, plumbers, painters — all people he personally trusts. Real estate can sometimes feel transactional, but Warren brings something different to the profession: integrity, local knowledge, and genuine care for the people he works with.
