After making the decision to sell my Drummoyne rental apartment, the choice to list with Warwick Williams was a 'no brainer'. From my first discussion with Adrian Sereni I knew he was the right agent. He was familiar with the apartment block, had sold units in the same block in the past, and even knew the layout without even inspecting! Adrian is pro-active in his communications and always contactable when needed. His advice to have the apartment professionally furnished, and change a few simply things - like lighting - made a tremendous different to the presentation of the unit and without a doubt the cost was returned x10 in the auction result. He did a fantastic job 'selling' right up to the auction day. When the pre-auction offers started coming in, Adrian's advice to proceed to auction was spot on. On the night we ended up with 7 registered bidders, and sold above my expectation! Having bought and sold numerous properties over the years, Warwick Williams is hands down the best real estate agency I have had the pleasure of working with, and Adrian is one of their star agents!
