Sale of family home

With the passing of my mother I had to put the family home on the market and I looked no further than Warwick Williams Real Estate. Having known Warwick for more that 40 years and his history with the property market I new this was the right decision. Warwick and Adrian met me at the family home and went through the process and the way things should be handled. Adrian then took the reins in a most profession manner. Adrian is a very enthusiastic and conscientious young man and throughout the campaign he kept me informed every step of the way. As I live in Rural NSW Adrian was in constant touch with me via emails and telephone on how many groups were interested and inspection both open days and private inspections. On the day of the auction both Adrian and Warwick were present to make sure that everything went as expected. It was a sad day for me personally seeing the family home go under the hammer, but is was nice to see a young family purchase the house. The price for the house was in the dollar range estimated by Adrian and Warwick this goes without saying that they know the market and the values of property.
