Professionalism and efficiency`
Tracey from Water/house Real Estate, was efficient and communicative ensuring that our villa was rented with a suitable tenant in a timely manner. We appreciate the time she put in to keep us up-to-date when we live in another state, even cleaning up some builders mess to ensure it was ready for occupancy by the tenant. Thankyou.

A new agent to us but so far good
Needed a fresh approach and Water House RE fit that bill for us. Communication and professionalism good, but have had to chase up maintenance issues/works, understandably all tradies are flat out. So far no issues reported and we are happy.
