Tim is an excellent sales agent hands down

I’ve known Tim more than 10 years. Given the excellent track record that he has, I was confident I was in good hands. I’ve never sold an apartment before so I was fairly clueless of the process but Tim made it relatively easy. His knowledge and expertise is second to none and he would find the time to answer my Qs even if it was at obscure hours! He is responsive on emails as much as he is on the phone. He knows the industry back to front and he is great at communicating. With these traits and together with his approachable and friendly nature I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to sell my apartment.
