Very good experience!

I have worked with Tim for approx ten years, first with him as the property manager of my investment property and then using his skills and experience to sell my apartment. I used Tim to sell the property because of his familiarity, knowledge and experience of selling property in the Chiswick area. He managed my tenants departure from the property well such that we could go to the market quickly and efficiently; he found us a buyer, got us a good price given the market and managed the whole process well. Tim is a good communicator so I knew where the sale was at at all times. I wouldn't hesitate in using Tim to sell property for me again in the future.
