I had originally worked with Tim 10 years ago when I purchased my first apartment in Meadowbank, and he was extremely professional and supportive. So when it was time to purchase a larger apartment (and sell mine in order to finance my purchase) I naturally chose Tim. This purchase was more challenging as I bought without having sold my current apartment. Tim amazingly negotiated a six month settlement and then proceeded to sell mine in a depressed market. We had some challenges but Tim remained confident, flexible, driven (so many open houses that I can’t remember them all), and innovative in getting my sale over the line. Throughout this anxious time Tim kept me informed and calmed me during this whole process.
