They are extremely well in responding queries. They are excellent in client response and actioning service requests. We are using their services since more than 6 months now, and they have delivered great service all these times. They have shown pro-active approach to find replacement tenants for us in short time. Great if you wish to have the worst real estate in darwin, Will never use Wealthmax realestate again. Unprofessional and unsafe. When electrical concerns were brought to their attention, they weren’t addressed during the duration of my tenancy. The house was not presented well, in fact it was very unclean, the gardens were unkempt, not at all how it should be for a new tenant. Was a terrible start to the tenancy that caused a whole lot of anxiety for the duration. No way did I want visitors to my new home. However when it comes to making a dollar - they are pretty quick. Avoid at all costs.
