Bibek has been very helpful and understanding, and is always quick to respond. Maintenance requests are promptly raised with the owners and consistently followed up to ensure they’re resolved.

Very helpfull

Despite various issues with property upon moving in bebek has done really well to sort things out, and help get the ball rolling with contractors to come and fix these issues. Over all he has been very helpful and great to deal with.

Maintenance (I don’t know what else to write)

Knowledge and experience with the agent has been good, but going through with maintenance around the house has been a slow and difficult process.
