Very hard working & a great team of professionals

We dealt with Shyam to form a strategic and execution plan to list and sell the property. Shyam devised a very simple, short and importantly smart approach with clear & upfront communication. Once that was done, we listed the property on Thursday, inspections on Saturday and an offer on the same day. That's the fruit of the meticulous planning and preps beforehand.
