Weekes property were able to find a rental for us and our two Jack Russells at very short notice when other local agents either never responded or simply told us there was nothing available at this time. We initially started looking for a suitable rental almost six months ago and numerous local agents told us not to worry as the market was well stocked for rentals and we could leave it for a few more months. When we followed up we were given the news that the market was now supposedly lean and we might struggle to secure a rental. We were advised to contact Weekes and they identified and secured a rental for us in a very short time frame, and whilst the house needed a little cleaning and minor attention on arrival, Weekes (Vivian Washington) were quick to get things sorted and we are very happy with the house. Vivian was a pleasure to deal with and kept us informed at every stage of our dealings with her. We are positive that her involvement removed one issue that was causing us a lot of stress and our relocation from Melbourne to Bundaberg was much easier because of her involvement.
