Bjorn introduced us to our new home and we are delighted with his service. Bjorn is passionate about real estate and has excellent locality knowledge and also practical knowledge on renovations and property development. What we really appreciated in Bjorn is his "can do" attitude. He met with us on his day off, opened the house for a private inspection and showed us around the local area pointing out the key amenities such as the shopping centres, childcare, schools, hospitals etc. He gave us as much time needed to inspect the property - we inspected the property about 4 times for at least an hour at a time. We never felt rushed. We never felt like an inconvenience. Bjorn also made himself available 24/7 on the phone. We rang him quite a few times with various questions and he was always happy to hear from us and always gave us his time and advice. We really value his responsiveness and availability to us.
