About Leonie

I have been very fortunate to run my own Boutique Real Estate Business in the Lower North Shore for over 22 years. I have made many friends with locals as well as investors from outside the local area. I have a loyal and considerate group of clients who have put their trust in me for over 2 decades and it has been my pleasure to work for and with all them on different levels at different times over those 20 odd years. I run a Property Management Rent Roll and so I have a very clear understanding of investing and what it takes to keep a property up to investment standards, regarding condition, maintenance and rental income. I also have a great rapport with all my tenants, this is so Tenants are also Buyers and Sellers at some stage. Over the last 22 years I have sold hundreds of properties to First Home buyers, Investors and Home Occupiers some of whom may be upsizing or downsizing for different reasons. My knowledge of the market and area can really assist in times like those. I know the Lower North Shore area like the back of my hand and I also know a lot of the locals having been around for so long. I believe they would vouch for my integrity, hard working attitude and honesty and I will always do my utmost to guide you to the "right" decision or direction in whatever part of the market I am assisting you in. A sincere pleasure

After one meeting, I felt confident that Leonie knew exactly what I wanted and understood the urgency of my situation. All the “legalise” was looked after by Leonie and she found possible buyers that suited my situation best. The advice Leonie gave got us a great price and in an expedient fashion. Professional and trustworthy

We purchased a property with Leonie acting as the agent for the vendors. We found Leonie to be prompt and professional in all of our dealings. Unlike many agents Leonie priced and marketed the property appropriately and fairly. There was no underquoting or bait and switch tactics. Exceptional RE agent

Leonie is a delight as both as an individual and as RE agent to work with. She is dedicated, honest & extremely professional with right amount of "soft human touch". She not only helped us to clean previous RE agent mess we unfortunately found ourselves in, but she sold our property in no time & still managing our second investment... Gold Star Agent

Leonie has been my agent for nearly 2 decades helping me to rent my much adored property in Kirribilli before the decision was made to sell it. The decision to sell it was a difficult one, not because I was attached to it, but because I didn't want to say goodbye to Leonie! This woman pours her heart and soul into her work, she deeply cares about people and is 100% committed to looking after her clients and achieving the desired outcomes. I live in regional NSW and due to Covid restrictions I have not been able to visit Sydney or come view the property at all during the sale period.
