We interacted with Welsh RE when looking for a rental at very short notice just before Christmas. We ended up being offered a tenancy for what was our second option and sent a message to Welsh to tell them that we had an offer, but preferred the house that they were managing - the staff at Welsh took the time to track down the owners and expedite our application to get a prompt answer and we were able to politely decline the first offer and accept the offer from Welsh RE, which was our preferred option. Taking the time and making the effort to go that one step further, made our life much easier at a very stressful time.
