Positive Vibes

When Robert first came to value the house, he gave an honest opinion of our options, and gave realistic advice on the extent of renovations that we should perform to the sell the home quicker and obtain a reasonable return. We were honoured by his knowledge of the local area, and he acted in a professional manner with the support of some great staff. We appreciated his weekly communication despite some early disappointments that are to be expected when dealing with an unknown customer future. Whilst we were not in a hurry to sell, we did perform some essential work leaving the remainder for the buyer customize the carpets and painting to their own tastes. The house did sell quicker than we expected and for the price we accepted.
