Customer service strong initially but fell away after sale secured

Grant initially provided professional service with an appropriate level of contact to ensure we were aware of market movements. He was well supported by his admin office team. We were driven to using the agent's preferred method of sale (auction) and campaign timeline even though we voiced some concerns. The sale price guide that the agent suggested prior to campaign was not achieved. Once a contract was signed on auction day there was no contact from agent during the settlement period.
