Great Agent - very easy to communicate

Con is a easy-going agent who knows a lot about the market trend and surrounding suburbs. We came from Asia and English is our second language. However I found it was very easy to communicate with Con over the phone and through emails. He understood that different type of buyer have different needs based on their lifestyle, preference, and priority. To be specific, we requested to modify some parts from a pre-set plan, which was not very normal. Con contacted the builder and came back to me confirming that it's all good and $XXX.00 will be credited back. I was impressed about his efficiency on this. Overall, Con is highly recommended agent if you are after buying a property in Sydney especially in Western Syd. Kudos to Con who streamlined our home buying process in 2018.
