Ellul Architecture have delivered something truly special, a renovation that celebrates contrast, soft curved edges and textured white surfaces that meet crisp black joinery and clean lines. Every detail designed to enhance light, flow and function.

The living area with floor-to-ceiling glass is where views become art including a custom joinery console concealing the A/C to maintain a seamless aesthetic.
The kitchen, freestanding blackened stainless-steel units make a bold statement in form and function. Mosaic tiles nod to the building's heritage, while the deeper bench design accommodates modern living, more storage and space for a full-sized fridge with plenty of space to move.
The bedroom continues the story of thoughtful design, joinery that divides without closing in and raised off the floor to let light and air pass through.
The bathroom is now reimagined with terrazzo floors, mosaic tiles and striking tapware whilst a separate Euro laundry feels cohesive and considered.
