I've been left in a state of disrepair!
I don't have anything inside me now except the WC and some fabulous floorboards.
The great news is I'm on a superb parcel of land approx 1/2 acre, with quality homes around me and the National Park close by and I'm pretty much a blank canvas for my new owner to renovate me and bring me back to life. I have 2 bedrooms, open plan kitchen and living area, sunroom, bathroom and WC. Lots of off street parking and an old shed. Obviously I need attention, but put in the hard work and I'll come up a treat.
