Excellent support from Marty Lyden in property purchase

Over the years my wife and I have bought nine residential properties, some of which we have later sold. Our purchase of 1/87 Gardiner Road, Orange was a stand-out success in the way that Marty Lyden dealt with this purchase. Marty is a “people person” who effectively worked with us in developing an understanding of our needs. He was very clear in representing the property, highlighting not only the positive attributes but also clearly identifying problems that would need to be addressed. The property at that time was being managed by a different agency, not Williams Machin Real Estate, and Marty highlighted issues such as a dripping tap in the bathroom as well as a poor finish to the cornice in the master bedroom; he was able to have the vendor correct these problems prior to settlement. It is a pleasure to work with someone who demonstrates such honesty and integrity, and has a clear sense of humour.
