An exceptional agent
I've known Katie for more than a decade. During this time I've worked with her as a buyer, a landlord and finally as a seller and in all scenarios she has offered exceptional service. She works incredibly hard, knows the market inside out and genuinely cares about people, both her clients and the people who work for her. It's this combination of tenacity, experience and care that make her such an effective agent, and a pleasure to work with.

Could John and team have done anything better? Not in our view.
We write to sincerely thank Katie, John and team at Williams for the wonderfully sensitive and professional way they helped us sell our family home. From Day 1, they made it effortless, by listening to what we wanted and then taking pretty-much everything out of our hands until the sale was complete. They quickly put to us a strategy, recommended things we could do to enable that strategy to be realised, mobilised their own tremendous team (including a brilliant design team, an incredibly impressive photographer, and digital editor) to ensure everything went to plan, and managed to do all that in the space of 4 short weeks. Wow! Why the need for sensitivity? We were selling the family home of 32 years, and doing so reluctantly because we loved the place and all the memories that went with it. And Katie and team delivered in droves, right through to a carefully chosen few words a the beginning of the auction.
