We chose Katie to sell our home because she was relatable and down to earth. She treated us like human beings and there was none of the slick Realestate sliminess that we had experienced elsewhere. She understood our needs, was responsive and kind. The nice thing about Katie is that she’s a local, selling houses to locals. She really understood the area and because of that she knew how to sell it to people. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an honest genuine agent who knows their stuff!!
