Tess has been a superb partner in our property purchase. In addition to being a friendly and informative agent on-site, she has been so organised and responsive in the post-purchase phase, making sure we have had the necessary documentation, completed it appropriately, and understood each requirement. Always dealt directly with John
John was fantastic assisting us with the sale of our first house, he guided us through a volatile market, keeping us constantly in the loop and giving us tips to get the best value, what we loved most was we always dealt directly with John himself which added a nice personal touch. John is twice as good as he looks.
Don’t let the slick hair cut, nice suit, and million dollar smile put you off. John is twice as good as he looks. My wife and I have employed John’s services twice now, and it will not be the last. He’s a market expert, he knows how what’s required to market the property, and then he goes to work with the buyers in a way that leaves everybody happy. Couldn’t recommend John enough. In fact he’s also sold property for my family as well, with results that speak for themselves.

Got substantially more than we were expected!
John was amazing from start to finish, not only selling our house but helping us buy our new one. Nothing was too much and he certainly went above and beyond. John knows his stuff and the market, we got substantially more than we were expected at auction and I would not hesitate in recommending him to others thinking of selling or using him again ourselves if needed.
