Rosemary was fantastic in selling our property. The marketing campaign and communication from Rosemary generated a considerable amount of interest which is waht a vendor craves. Rosemary spent considerable time negotiating with a number of difficult potential purchasers where her communication skills excelled. We ended up with an unconditional offer that could have turned sour because the purchaser changed his mind and tried to withdraw. However, Rosemary worked very hard to resolve the situation where we were able to sell to a new purchaser and release the original party from their contract.
