Prior to purchasing my first home, I was attending approximately 9-10 inspections every weekend and met so many real estate agents along the way. I finally found the perfect place for me, through Jacob. Regardless of the property being suitable or not, it showed me the importance of having a good agent - hands down he was the best. From the start, through to the end, he was professional and polite. You could tell that he genuinely cared about both the seller and buyers interest and wanted a great outcome for everyone. He had great communication skills which he demonstrated through his property knowledge, liaising with myself/stakeholders and comprehensive responses to queries.
