Wilson Property RCI - Traralgon
Good service, but need to do some improvement regarding customer complaints.
I found the Wilson property service is excellent, however I have raised maintenance request through the service portal, but they are not acting quick to the issues. I'm facing inconvenience in living the property.

We would like to clarify that all maintenance matters reported to our office have been actioned accordingly. While some items remain outstanding, these are currently either awaiting owner approval or the availability of trades to attend. There are also a small number of requests that have been referred to the owner for consideration.
At Wilson Property Services, we take maintenance concerns seriously and work hard to ensure all reported matters are addressed as promptly as possible. We appreciate your patience and thank you again for your feedback and valued tenancy.
