Regarding your comment about dealing with multiple team members — this is part of our structured approach to ensure you're supported by specialists at each stage of the leasing process. While this may have felt less personal, it’s designed to provide the most efficient and informed service possible, and it’s a key reason why we were able to move quickly and secure approvals on your behalf.
You also mentioned wanting more guidance on the local rental market. Our records show that time was taken both via email and during inspections to answer your questions and make recommendations based on your needs. In fact, we secured approval for a property that aligned with your stated preferences and requested move-in date. However, you chose not to proceed with that option — despite our professional advice regarding the area — and we then continued working with you until we found another suitable property, which was ultimately successful.
While we understand the process may have felt impersonal at times due to our agent not being able to drive you around, it’s important to note that many aspects were influenced by external factors. We’re confident in the level of service provided and hope that you’re now settling in well to your new home and the Traralgon area.
