Having been born and bred in Traralgon, Alan Whitty has a lot of local knowledge to offer. As someone who prides himself on providing down-to-earth real estate advice that genuinely helps his fellow residents of Gippsland to achieve their property goals, Alan is a popular member of the sales team at Wilson Property. A pro-active and motivated property professional with excellent communication skills, Alan can be relied upon to work tirelessly on your behalf in order to ensure that you not simply reach your desired result, but to exceed it. With his enthusiasm and natural flair, whilst being backed by the team at Wilson Property, it’s fair to say that very few can match the service and expertise Alan can provide. Alan’s background in the building trade gives a sound foundation when discussing all facets of real estate and it is highly recommended to tap into his wealth of knowledge when deciding whether to list or sell a home. Being the eighth of nine children to Harold and Jessica, he is quite often asked about his siblings and his parents! Alan is married to Maree and together they have three beautiful daughters, all of whom live locally. In the younger years, Alan played footy and cricket at a local level. Since his playing days are over, he has stayed involved in several areas including coaching and holding positions on different committees and was proudly the Glengarry Football Netball Club President for nearly seven years from 2019 – 2025.

Ben was working in the car sales industry for three and a half years, building a strong network of clients and industry professionals. With his background experience and knowledge in sales, it made sense for him to join the real estate industry. He is all about creating long lasting relationships with his clients and believes in keeping it simple – exceed expectations with great service and great results. Fulfilling a dream by recently building a new house, Ben is now passionate about helping others in attaining their property goals and dreams. He’s committed to achieving successful outcomes and prides himself in applying a hardworking, professional attitude to everyone he deals with. Football and Golf are Ben’s passions, however his wife Steph and pup Koda are the centre of attention at home. Travelling the world is on his bucket list, but for now he enjoys travelling around Gippsland. Ben is a vital part of the Wilson Property team bringing to the table a strong work ethic and excellent customer service.

Mitchell comes from Yarram and was born into a generational family sheep farming business. He has prior experience in various customer service roles before transitioning to the real estate industry two years ago, after having worked as a real estate photographer. Since obtaining his Agent Representative Certificate, Mitchell has gained valuable experience in the real estate market. He proudly sold a house during the Christmas period, which was notable as it was the only property sold in Yarram at that time. While Mitchell has enjoyed working in Yarram, he is eager for a new lifestyle and a more dynamic market environment. He was drawn to the culture and professionalism at Wilson Property and is excited to join the Traralgon team, where he will work alongside experienced sales professionals. In addition to his work in real estate, Mitchell has several passions and hobbies. He is passionate about fitness, particularly boxing and mixed martial arts (MMA). He also enjoys reading and writing, focusing on business, fiction, and history genres. In his free time, Mitchell loves to learn new things. Recently, he purchased a keyboard with the goal of learning to play the piano. If he’s not practicing music, he enjoys reading, taking trips with his camera to capture landscape photographs, or socialising with friends and family. Mitchell has always dreamed of visiting Greece, Iceland, and Scotland, with his lifelong aspiration of exploring Greece coming true later this year in August. He also endeavours to do some hunting trips in and around Gippsland and Europe with his older brother. His life goal is to write a best-selling novel, and his favourite motto is: “Nothing is impossible to him who will try.” – Alexander the Great.

As a highly passionate individual, Sam thrives on having positive interactions with his peers and holds punctuality and attention to details in the highest regard. Such values help him in building strong connections with those around him and have success in his daily work. Sam brings a combination of exceptional attitude, strong work ethic, and a dynamic approach to the property industry. Sam is eager to learn all facets of the industry, however commercial real estate is of high interest to him and he has goals set on joining our WP Specialised Commercial Property team in the near future. Having grown up in Traralgon and always been passionate about the property industry, Sam possesses an intimate knowledge of the area’s neighbourhoods, amenities, and market trends. This comprehensive understanding will in time allow him to provide insightful guidance and recommendations tailored to clients’ specific needs. Away from the office Sam loves spending time with his family and friends, as well as training to compete in two ironman competitions in the coming year. Sam’s favourite holiday destination is Noosa, he is an avid Hawks football fan and like several other WP staff, he has a Cavoodle named Billy.
