Hands down top quality service.

I am nearly 50 years old and have dealt with many agents over the years, I have never come across such professionalism, attention to detail and genuine care for both landlord and tenant, as I’ve found with this company. Any issue is handled in record time, with communication being one of their top priorities. Every staff member I have dealt with has been very friendly, easy to communicate with and so helpful in finding the right property for me. I am very happy with my move, I had thought I had no hot water in my kitchen and sent a maintenance request through, it was actioned within a couple of hours. (Although the issue was user related, I had not turned it to the left enough to make it hot…I know embarrassing) When I contacted again to let them know it was only because I’m a bit daft, they were so pleasant and treated me kindly. I also sent a request to install upgraded internet and security cameras, I sent the message around 1pm and by around 3pm on the same day, I received a response with a yes from the landlord to install both…. I know in the past I have waited weeks for an answer for the same requests with another company. I am only at the start of my tenancy with this company, but if initial opinions about them are correct, then I think I’ve definitely picked the right company to rent through.
