I recently worked with Kate to re-lease a property on Lafayette Street, and I can honestly say she went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Her approach was incredibly thorough from screening applicants properly, to keeping me updated at every stage, to making sure the property was positioned well with proper photos in a tougher rental market and tough time of year. Nothing felt rushed or overlooked. She was proactive, transparent, and clearly takes pride in doing things properly rather than just getting a quick result. Having dealt with other local real estates in the past, this was a noticeably better experience. The communication, professionalism and attention to detail were on another level.
