Communication

Communication could be better. The property manager is either at a meeting or out of the office. The call is returned but as a teacher it is difficult to answer whilst teaching . The staff are very respectful towards me. I am not too sure about how staff keep up to date with things like electricsl requirements and the laws of rental properties . Staff are very professional in their work.

Fantastic up to date information and communication.
