"We really appreciate the consistent communication and the efficient system you have for keeping us updated. However, we’ve noticed a high frequency of reported issues lately. Since repairs are becoming a significant expense, we would appreciate it if the team could provide more context on whether an issue is an 'essential' fix or 'preventative' maintenance before sending it through. We want to ensure we are only investing in repairs that are truly necessary for the property’s long-term health."
