First rental property rented out

This is my first investment property and I live 2 states away and Gabby and the team at Wilson property could not have been better, organising inspection, lawn mowing and house cleaning and finally a new tenant and they kept me up to date throughout the whole process as well as answering my sometimes annoying questions for them.
