Our house sold quickly with great communication

We listed our house with Ben Crain at Wilsons as they clearly had the most experience in the Bays area over many years. Ben was willing to give us an honest appraisal and an opinion of a selling price that he believed would achieve the quickest result. Within the first week the house sold for the full asking price and although this sale did not proceed due to the purchasers financial reasons, Ben once again had the house sold for the asking price within the next week. Ben was always in contact with us to keep us up to date and the whole sale was no fuss at all.
