•Stewart was great to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone considering selling their property. He prepared a comprehensive valuation with relevant comparable sales and projected an expected sales figure. Despite a very challenging selling environment (Covid related lock downs and limited options for opening the house) Stew persevered with the campaign; accomodating our desires for changes to marketing and sales options, and stuck with his initial assessment, not once putting pressure on us to reduce our expectations. By providing a realistic expectation but still at the top of the market for the area and then persevering with proactive sales efforts, Stew achieved for us exactly what he projected from the beginning. It would have been easy for Stew to lower his and our expectations throughout the difficult selling period (due to Covid lockdowns) but Stew showed integrity and the strength of his convictions in seeing our sale through to an excellent result for us.
