For the past 29 years, Peter has been making waves in the Real Estate industry. This award-winning agent has been at the forefront of the industry since ‘88. Peter understands that experience is king, which is why he has worked tirelessly throughout his career to open and run two Sydney regional offices. He further partnered with a Strata Management Company, and is a former shareholder/board-member of a Sydney-based Real Estate Franchise Group, Robert R Andrew A. Asia Pty Ltd. He is also a former NSW General Manager for Harcourts Real Estate Group. Peter has spent many years developing his skills of the trade in real estate and is now the Sales Manager for Wiseberry ENMORE and Licensee-in-Charge of Wiseberry Marrickville, ready to personally be available to the Inner West community. Excellent, expert service.

Peter provided well researched advice on current market prices and trends. We had regular helpful planning meetings and Peter prepared detailed feedback for us after each inspection. Peter and his team were professional, efficient, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Also, the fees were extremely reasonable , especially considering how good the service was. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Feet on the ground, ready to imagine the clouds

From the start I completely trusted Peter. He and his colleague, Mark quickly grasped the potential and qualities of my place and quickly and without fuss they brought in people who wanted to buy it. I had never been to an Auction before but Peter made sure that I felt comfortable with everything that took place throughout the process. I have found that his knowledge of both commercial and residential properties, knowledge of and connection to the local area as well as commitment to professional and ethical practices means that I have full confidence in his guidance. The team he brought in to do the photography and advertising were amazing and the auctioneer was perfect. I have no hesitation in recommending Peter Mitrovich as an excellent agent.

Reliable, committed and honest

It was very easy to deal with Peter as he is very knowledgeable, accomplished and understands the property market very well, as well as the interactions between the various parties such as lawyers, mortgage, lenders and clients, of course. He exudes the level of confidence within his calm demeanour that makes you want to trust him right away. Fully recommendable! He exudes a certain level of confidence that makes you want to trust him right away.

An easy transaction

Peter was great to work with. He was transparent throughout the process and worked with us to achieve a quick process. He offered great access to the property and had valuable prior knowledge of the complex and the area. This helped with the purchase as it informed what options we had with strata.
