Prepared to go above and beyond

With existing tenants in place, who had 9 months left to run on their lease and no real incentive to vacate (given the very good terms they were on) we were expecting a long drawn out sale. So we were presently surprised when Jordan secured a sale within months of listing, which was only made possible due to the fact he was prepared to go above and beyond, in not only negotiating with the buyer, but also with the tenants at the same time, in order to secure a sale.
