AMAZING!!! Putting words into action
Lochie Rooney contacted us via a letter box drop to inform us there were people looking for properties in our area. We had been considering selling but due to Lochie reaching out we got him to come through our house. To our amazement he actually acted on his words and brought a family through ( other agents just wanted the listing ) The family fell in love with our house but due to personal reasons we were unable to commit to selling at that time. About a month later after a couple of calls from Lochie we were ready again. This time Lochie brought two families through and they both loved the property. Lochie worked tirelessly on Sunday evening to secure two offers that blew us away. With Lochies persistence with the purchasers and also ourselves, he was able to secure a sale that we never thought we could achieve. We have bought and sold quite a few properties here in Tasmania and will always be using Lochie Rooney in the future as he has proved to us he works for the seller which is extremely important to us.
