Market knowledge and determination

Alyce took over the property and was very clear from the start what she will do and how she will do it. She did what she said and demonstrated that she has strong negotiation skills, integrity and clearly knows the market and how to negotiate between both parties. I would highly recommend Alyce and would say she would deliver the same service irrespective of budget or cost of the property. Someone clearly who will carve an outstanding reputation in this challenging market.
