Excellent Agent, Excellent Communication and Excellent Result.

Once I spoke to Lochie to get him on board to sell my house, he has been nothing but extremely helpful and knowledgeable and professional in his way to sell my house. He has always offer me help and assistance to get my house ready for sale. My house is a very big and with lots of land. He guided me to call the correct people to style my house and take photos and videos to set the scene ready for sale. As you can see from the videos and photos online they look absolutely superb and magnificent. I only had a few open homes as the new buyer contacted Lochie late March and from there they came twice and offer to buy the house for an excellent price on 11th April - about 4-5 weeks on the market.
