Lochie!! You are a highly professional, always on time, respectful and understanding individual we had the most absolute pleasure to meet and work with. The process in itself wasn’t the easiest, as we came across some bumps along the way due to the sellers of the property being slightly difficult during negotiations.. ( nothing to do with Lochie, in fact, he proved to have excellent communication and negotiation skills!) Lochie went above and beyond to make sure all parties were happy, was always honest and upfront ( not easy to find that nowadays), highly knowledgeable, extremely helpful yet always professional and calm. A very real, reliable and genuine person who truly cares about his clients. We fully trust Lochie. I can confidently recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a property as he won’t let you down.
